About Our Venue

The Riley Building is located in the historic Warehouse District in downtown Austin. We are conveniently situated near a variety of nightlife and hotel accommodations.

Our venue is known for hosting weddings, special events, photoshoots, and large scale activations during SXSW.

The design is a blank canvas space within a sleek, architectural and industrial building. Whether your style is polished and minimalistic or rich and embellished, our interiors and matte black accents are perfect for complete customization to fit your vision and taste.

Total standing capacity is up to 250 per floor. Total seated capacity is 150-180.

Main Hall

Our Main Hall on the second floor features high ceilings and wrap-around window views of downtown Austin. With A/V capabilities including a projector and screen, surround sound speakers, dimmable lights, and our largest, most spacious floor plan, this space is ideal for receptions and full-course culinary dining.

Rooftop

Our third floor Rooftop includes an attached indoor pavilion and panoramic views of the downtown skyline. With surround sound speakers and dance floor lighting, this area is perfect for cocktail hours and wedding ceremonies. It also features a clear, retractable ceiling for weather protection.
